Make contact through private messaging at either Soundcloud or Myspace. Soundcloud is preferred because of it's better sound quality if we are going to be listening to your songs. It's messaging system is also much better. We can also be contacted directly through this site through usernames .S.K.A.P.E. or MATERIALIZM
Upload songs for consideration to our SOUNDCLOUD DROPBOX in 320 kbps mp3.
>>>IMPORTANT: Make sure demo submissions are sent as "PRIVATE TRACKS" rather than as Public Tracks. Anything sent as a Public Track will not be noticed.
Naming Files: ArtistName_SongName_contact
When dropping your track through soundcloud also include a contact in the title - AIM, email, XIZM username (username at our site here - preferred), myspace
Other info such as location & info on other releases is also appreciated in the description as well as other contact options listed above.
Remix Competition entries are done slightly differently. Check HERE
ABOUT RELEASES: Mimimum release sizes per individual release are 2 songs for MATERIALIZM & 4 songs for !iMbue Aud!o. Not all songs we are sent get released, so sending multiple songs for consideration is a good idea. We can also arrange remixes to be made.
PROMO DISCS: Cd-r promos are also made for some releases & include high-quality printed cover art. They go to the cover designer + the musician. Current requirements are atleast 1 samplepack for remixing + atleast 8 songs (additional for multiple group members). The songs can be from different releases on our labels and can include remixes by the main musician of others work (which count as one song) as well as remixes of the main artists work by someone else (which counts as half a song). The songs dont have to all be from the one release, additional songs are included as bonus tracks. With cover artists we try to make it that by the time they have their 3rd design it is for a release that has promo disc.
